We are seeking a Property Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance and operational efficiency of the apartment complex. This role ensures smooth day-to-day property operations and high level of tenant satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee the daily operations of the apartment complex, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

-Manage property maintenance, including scheduling repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

-Lead a team of maintenance and leasing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

-Handle resident relations, addressing concerns, enforcing policies, and maintaining high levels of customer service.


-Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies.

-Conduct property inspections and oversee capital improvement projects.

Job Qualifications:


-3+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Knowledge of property management software and maintenance operations.

-Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and lease agreements.

-Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
