We are looking to add a Purchasing Administrative Assistant. You will assist the buyers in a clerical role by checking on order status, compiling data and producing reports, entering data, organizing samples and being responsible for their disposition, helping with weekly new product meetings and vendor presentations, etc. This is an on-site position from 8am - 4:30pm.
REQUIREMENTS
· High school graduate or equivalent, post-secondary courses a big plus.
· Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
· Ability to deal with people in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner.
· Attention to detail
