Lake Mary client s seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) to support the Nurse Aide Evaluator (NAE) Training Program by ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role involves training, evaluation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Salary range: $80,000-$85,000
On site role with Travel involved
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee NAE quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with company and state/federal regulations.
Assist in investigating performance or compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate and approve testing accommodations for candidates.
Administer in-person and virtual training programs for NAEs.
Support candidate evaluations, grievance resolution, and testing coordination.
Manage testing site operations, including preparation, equipment, and candidate flow.
Document results, report irregularities, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth testing events.
Participate in client calls, audits, and regulatory compliance processes.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with a compact or multi-state license.
BSN with at least 5 years of nursing experience (including 1+ year caring for the elderly or chronically ill).
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and as a Nurse Aide Evaluator (preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and training management software.
Ability to travel up to 50% and work in both office and field environments.
