We are seeking a Quality Inspector with experience working with CFM56 engines. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of mechanical and electro-mechanical inspections on parts and assemblies. Responsibilities include conducting visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical tests, and functional inspections on various components and assemblies following general inspection guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Follow processes in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturer’s instructions for continued airworthiness, including service bulletins, service letters, aviation airworthiness directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
- Conduct preliminary hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections on civil aviation components.
- Perform engine incoming receiving, inventory, and borescope inspections.
- Conduct module inspections.
- Complete in-process signoffs.
- Issue shop disassembly, assembly, and final inspection paperwork.
- Ensure calibrated tools used during assembly are current and calibrated.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Powerplant License required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of parts and concepts preferred.
- Proficiency in working with all hand tools and pneumatic tools essential.
- Some knowledge of troubleshooting concepts.
- Ability to isolate failures within and complete rework of parts and assemblies.
- Ability to perform within company quality standards.
- Ability to complete predefined testing and repair procedures.
- Ability to learn and perform basic repairs.
- Ability to read and understand routers and OEM manuals.
- Proficiency in English (business level).
