RPA/Intelligent Operations Specialist – Commercial Banking

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA/Intelligent Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent operations, and strong reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
RPA Development and Implementation:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to streamline banking operations.
Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement intelligent workflows.
Maintain and optimize existing RPA bots to ensure seamless operations.
Intelligent/Smart Operations:

Drive operational excellence by integrating smart technologies, including AI and machine learning, into banking processes.
Monitor and analyze intelligent operation metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Reporting and Analytics:

Develop comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports to support business decisions.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract insights and trends from operational data.
Present data findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:

Partner with commercial banking teams to understand business needs and tailor automation solutions.
Provide training and support for employees on RPA and intelligent operation tools.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong knowledge of intelligent operation frameworks and smart technologies.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
Commercial banking experience is highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
