A premier company in Boca Raton is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Real Estate Administrator II to join their team. This full-time, temp-to-permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in lease preparation and legal document management who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As a Real Estate Administrator II – Tenant Leasing, you will be responsible for drafting, revising, and managing tenant leases, amendments, and related legal documents for domestic and international sites. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams to resolve leasing issues and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
Draft and revise tenant leases, amendments, and legal documents (e.g., Memorandums) under management team direction.
Assist with the review of tenant leases and amendments as assigned by the Director, Tenant Leasing.
Prepare due diligence documentation related to tenant leases.
Research legal documents and assist in drafting lease renewals and variance amendments under supervisor guidance.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Real Estate Administrators, and other internal teams to resolve tenant leasing issues.
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
High School Diploma/GED is mandatory; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in reading, interpreting, analyzing, and preparing leases, legal documents, and/or contracts with a working knowledge of legal terminology.
Certified Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant certification is a plus.
Notary License is a plus.
