We're partnering with a reputable law firm in Daytona Beach to find a skilled Legal Assistant/Paralegal experienced in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

This role is central to managing closings from start to finish, handling title review, preparing documentation, and coordinating with realtors, lenders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of real estate closings
• Provide general office support: answering phones, greeting clients, and assisting attorneys


Qualifications:
• Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Benefits & Details:
• Salary: $45-55K (with potential for more based on experience)
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite only)
• Vacation & Sick Time: 2 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days annually
• Health Insurance: Partial coverage through Florida Healthcare Plan
