Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys on a wide range of real estate matters, including title, survey, zoning, and diligence tasks.
- Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing closings.
- Prepare and review essential legal documents for sales, loans, exchanges, and other transactions.
- Manage UCC lien searches and financing statement filings.
- Help draft and proof various corporate and real estate documents, including leases, transfer agreements, and organizational documents.
- Maintain post-transaction closing binders and ensure all filings are completed accurately.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a paralegal with a focus on real estate or corporate law.
- Expertise in real estate closings, zoning, financial closing statements, and related tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we value practical experience over formal education.
