We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage and streamline the execution of commercial real estate transactions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth deal processes, minimizing risks, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:
- Analyze and prepare commercial real estate agreements for internal review, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency before approval by legal counsel or senior management.
- Draft and modify leases, assignments, and other related agreements for the management team, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Consistently identify and mitigate contractual risks in agreements such as commission agreements, confidentiality agreements, and engagement letters to ensure compliance and reduce exposure.
- Manage the submission of closed deals to the supervising broker, as well as coordinate with the marketing team for public relations and social media coverage.
- Maintain organized and detailed electronic files for leases, sales, and commission agreements, following company guidelines and record retention policies. Ensure documents are scanned and properly stored in an electronic repository.

What you need to have:
- 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions, lease administration, or legal/contract management.
- Paralegal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate contracts (leases, amendments, licenses, NDAs), proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and transaction management software (e.g., Apto, Yardi, Salesforce).
- Current Public Notary License (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask with a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently.
