Immediate need for a Receiving Administrator to join a well-established team in the Hayward area. This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking career stability , training and a long-term opportunity. This is an opportunity for someone who has the following experience but not limited to:
-Experience working closely with customers and vendors
-Great attention to details and time management skills will be key to this role
-Support inbound calls, receive messages for the team while providing great customer service
-Ability to manage data efficiently with typing skills of 35+ wpm, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to manage files and documents for the office
-Follow up on shipping and deliveries while answering questions
-Ensure shipments are being processed on time, experience with shipping systems, FedEx, UPS, USPS
-Experience with scheduling inbound and outbound freight while working closely with the warehouse
-Coordinate the movement of inventory between multiple facilities, assist with maintaining inventory levels in an internal inventory management system
-Managed inbound inventory levels, check for any damages while update the database in a timely manner
-Ensure customer needs are being met in a timely and professional manner
-Answer customer questions when it comes to billing
-Work closely with internal teams and departments
-Ability to work in a team and in an independent setting while being able to multitask
-Assist with special projects as needed, team player mentality will be key
-Bilingual in Spanish and warehouse operators will be key in this role
-Great with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, inventory manager software, FedEx, UPS, SPS
-File management, data entry, multi phone line system
-Bilingual in Spanish
-Experience with shipping and receiving
-3+ years of experience in a similar role
