About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Temp Receptionist to join our team at a confidential company. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Position Overview:
As the Temp Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff members.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and professional demeanor.
