Job Description:
We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist/Concierge to deliver a first-class welcome experience at our luxury office location. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the "Welcome" experience, greeting all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
• Act as a liaison with lobby security for external visitors and contractors.
• Perform front desk duties, including answering incoming calls and managing visitor registration.
• Provide concierge services such as coat and luggage check-in, welcome packets, coffee services, reservation assistance, and car service arrangements.
• Manage office supply and coffee/kitchen amenity stocking.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including creating badges and setting up workspaces.
• Monitor and maintain reception metrics and manage the reception inbox.
• Oversee vendor management, invoicing, and coding.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure all systems and office amenities are in working order.
• Support meetings and events with onsite client and internal service needs.
• Handle desk and conference room reservations.
• Provide general administrative support, including basic IT troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, customer service, and front desk management.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Professional demeanor and exceptional communication skills.
