Overview:
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Handle office correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
