Are you ready to be the welcoming face and voice of our company? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team with an hourly rate between $18/hr - $20/hr DOE.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and team members, setting the tone with a warm, professional demeanor. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly, we’d love to meet you! To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and a passion for exceptional customer service. We’re seeking someone who can handle both front-desk responsibilities and basic administrative tasks with ease. Proficiency with office software (such as MS Office Suite) and prior experience in a similar role will give you a great head start. Most importantly, we want someone with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems and helping others.
