We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and filing documents
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
