Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct a high volume of calls through the main office phone lines.
• Welcome and assist clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately and maintaining a daily visitor log.
• Schedule and manage telepresence, conference rooms, and visiting offices.
• Record incoming deliveries and coordinate with the appropriate staff for distribution.
• Arrange catering orders for meetings and provide support for miscellaneous office projects, such as mailings and labels.
• Track parking validations and prepare check requests for general office invoices.
• Arrange ground transportation for attorneys and/or clients as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
