We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team in Ontario! As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and team player mentality.
