Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests and being the face of the organization
- Variety of administrative tasks including data entry, ordering, and stocking office supplies, etc.
- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills with guests and various teams within the organization
- General support of business operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer facing role as well as on the phone
- Personable and friendly with guests
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Collaborating with other teams within the company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
