Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and reception area
Manage conference room calendars and assist with meeting coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
2+ year of front desk or receptionist experience in a corporate or professional setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
