We are seeking a Receptionist & Switchboard Operator to join our team at a large corporate headquarters. As the first point of contact for guests and employees, this role requires a professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented individual with prior receptionist experience.
The receptionist will oversee the front desk, answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming environment. This position does not require extensive walking or heavy lifting but does involve occasional checks of the lobby area.

?? Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour (depending on experience)
?? Dress Code: Business Professional
?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
• Distribute name badges and issue facility access cards
• Manage and schedule meeting rooms
• Answer and transfer calls nationwide
• Assist with administrative tasks and light PC support
• Maintain and update company phone directories
• Support company and community service events
• Assist with various team projects when needed
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 2+ years of switchboard/receptionist experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
? Excellent customer service and communication skills
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
