Senior Living Community 55+ is looking to hire Front Desk Receptionist's for WEEKENDS ONLY to start immediately.
Type of position: On-going contract role
Hours/Days: 10am-7pm Saturday and Sunday
Job Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
•Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
•Provide information about community events, amenities, and services.
•Manage resident requests, ensuring timely follow-up and support.
•Maintain clubhouse area in a clean and organized manner.
•Assist with scheduling and coordination of community activities.
•Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and courteous.
•Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
•Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency with office software and administrative tasks
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
