Growing and dynamic Commercial Insurance Company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Front Desk Receptionist/Office Clerk's to support a busy team.

**Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
•Insurance office experience preferred, not mandatory.
•Applied TAM Online experience preferred.

Schedule:
•Monday through Friday
•8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, PST

***TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED***

Requirements and Qualifications:
•High School graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
•Insurance office experience preferred, not mandatory.
•Applied TAM Online experience preferred.
•Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus.
•2 + years of receptionist experience.
•Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites software - Outlook/Excel/Word
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Professional appearance.
•Able to execute and complete projects in a timely manner.
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
•Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
•Pleasant phone manner.
•Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to detail a must.
•Background check required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
•Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
•Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
•Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, data entry, etc.
•Support Executives with administrative assignments.
•Renew policies in database and issue certificates of insurance.
•Work closely with insurance agents to provide information to process applications and communicate details to customers.
•Work closely with Human Resources/Admin Manager.
o Light accounting duties (data entry).
o Accounts Receivables.
•Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
