Job Description:
-We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and a proven ability to negotiate settlements effectively. Experience with remarketing equipment is a must, as this role involves handling recoveries with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct collections efforts on outstanding accounts, negotiating settlements to resolve balances.
-Communicate professionally with customers to address overdue payments and explore resolution options.
-Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the recovery of assets or funds.
-Manage the remarketing process for repossessed or recovered equipment, coordinating with vendors and buyers as needed.
-Maintain accurate records of all recovery and settlement activities in the company's systems.
-Analyze accounts to determine appropriate recovery strategies.
-Stay up to date on regulations and best practices for collections and recovery efforts.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in collections, with a strong track record of successful recoveries and settlements.
-Familiarity with remarketing processes for equipment is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
