Growing Non-Profit needs a Recruiter-MUST have experience working in Social Services. Up to $48p/h.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the non-profit sector. This role is crucial in helping us attract and retain talented individuals who are committed to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
-Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
-Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
