20 a 25 horas semanales con horario flexible dentro del siguiente marco:
Lunes a jueves: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Viernes: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Descripción General:
La persona en este puesto será responsable de asegurar que la empresa cumpla con las regulaciones federales sobre elegibilidad de empleo a través del formulario I-9. Esto incluye auditar formularios existentes, corregir discrepancias y garantizar que todos los formularios estén actualizados y cumplan con los requisitos legales.

Responsabilidades Principales:
Auditar formularios I-9 de empleados activos e inactivos.
Eliminar formularios I-9 que ya no deben conservarse.
Identificar errores en formularios y contactar a empleados para corregirlos.
Mantener registros precisos y actualizados.
Preparar reportes y conciliaciones relacionados con I-9.

Requisitos:
Estudiante o completado en Administración de Empresas, preferible en concentración en Recursos Humanos).
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en temas relacionados a I-9 y requisitos de elegibilidad de empleo.
