Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and grow sales across the West Coast and bordering western regions, including key states like California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals while managing and growing key accounts.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth in the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for customers.
Travel regularly throughout the territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
What You Bring:
Proven success in sales management, ideally in wholesale distribution or a related field.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
A proactive and goal-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%-75%) across the West Coast and neighboring states.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
