Job Opportunity: REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Remote Work from Home (WFH) position with provided equipment
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST | Duration: 18 days
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - Noon (all times eastern)

Project Overview:
Dedicated to delivering healthcare services through established networks, emphasizing customer service and eligibility determination. As part of the Enrollment Center, we provide vital information to Virginia Medicaid and CHIP clients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare benefits.

Position Title: Customer Service Representative 3 (CSR3) - Call Center
Pay Rate: $17.00 minimum per hour - bilingual (English/Spanish)

Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; relevant experience will also be considered.
Background in healthcare, human services, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and experience in call center environments.
Ability to engage effectively with diverse and disadvantaged populations in a respectful manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive and objective responses to callers' inquiries regarding eligibility guidelines, access to care issues, and escalated concerns.
Process various workflow documents, including income and identity verification materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on policy changes and program procedures, integrating new knowledge with available resources to address client concerns effectively.
High school diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
