This Rent Collection Specialist Position Features:

Immediate need for an experienced Rent Collection Specialist to assist the AR Team at this Property Management firm. In this position, you will be reaching out to tenants with outstanding balances on their ledgers to negotiate full payment or payment plans where acceptable while documenting all payments and tenant interaction in the system.

Requirements:
1-2 years of residential Property Management experience
Working knowledge of CA Fair Housing laws
