We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator with experience in client and administrative support. This role involves managing various organizational, administrative, communication, and leadership tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient plan management for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client relations, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and third-party administrators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organization:
Ensure quality and relevant notes in Redtail and FirmPlus systems.
Coordinate client training on various administrative tasks.
Maintain File Management Philosophy to ensure all documents are accurately filed.
Monitor plan contributions, distributions, and profitability.
Administrative:
Follow up on all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide guidance to participants via phone or email on distribution and rollover processes.
Field participant calls and email requests for on-demand support, including enrollment, distributions, loans, and eligibility questions.
