Play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment for our goods and services. As a Revenue Specialist, you'll process receipts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate closely with our field teams to optimize billing and secure company revenue. This results-oriented position requires strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and post revenue transactions accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with field teams and customers.
Manage collections by contacting past-due accounts proactively.
Resolve purchase order variances through customer communication.
Maintain detailed logs of billing activities.
Address and resolve customer billing inquiries promptly.
Contribute to monthly revenue projections for project managers.
Generate weekly reports to track accounts receivable collections.
Coordinate quality repairs with customers and the repair team.
Provide timely information to field personnel.
Estimate material needs for work effectively.
Manage inventory levels for bulk materials.
Handle phone sales inquiries from field crews and repair teams.
Develop and maintain weekly schedules for crews.
Develop and maintain monthly schedules for repairs.
Support field teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and data entry.
Proficiency in general math and financial software.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
Experience in reporting and research.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Alignment with company culture.
Strong work ethic.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Accountant or in a similar role.
General accounting experience (preferred).
