Residential Roofing Service Technician

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: General Labor- Repairs, leaks, call outs, warranty items
• Responsible for daily labor needs.
• Teams may be responsible for both residential or commercial repair, TI, and warranty work.
• Must be presentable and represent company to the customers.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to take photos and create reports on phone or smart tablet.
• Able to detect leaks and provide temporary and permanent repairs.
• PPE and safety training is provided.
• Any drivers are expected to present a clean MVR, otherwise they will be assigned to a team with a truck.
• Assist team with various tasks as needed.
• Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support and abide by the values of the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Requirements
• Prior roofing or job with fall protection preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Need to have proper boots for most jobsites
• RESIDENTIAL ROOFING EXPERIENCE

• Team Player – willing to complete processing tasks, no matter the task
• Problem Solver – take ownership, resolve and communicate with team
