We are seeking an experienced ROUTE SUPERVISOR for the Central Valley. This position is working for a very stable and growing company were you will be responsible for supervising all assigned routes and associated drivers and helpers at the depot location ensuring compliance with all company policies. You will act as the liaison between upper management and driver personnel/dispatch ensuring efficient day to day operations and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment. PERKS & BENEFITS: • Paid Vacation and Sick time • Medical, Dental/Life Insurance • 401k available SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a Route Supervisor or transportation or related supervisory role. • Must have extensive knowledge of DOT regulations. • Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License • Proficiency with route software and/or transportation software such as Quickbase or Encore, etc. • General knowledge of Microsoft Office • Strong leadership skills with knowledge of the HR process for hiring, training, setting goals and motivation. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and time management skills.
