Key Responsibilities:
Generate and Increase Sales: Drive sales within a designated territory, focusing on luxury furniture.
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Identify New Opportunities: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.
Achieve Sales Targets: Use strategic planning to meet and exceed sales goals.
Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
Manage Sales Representatives: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve collective success.
Qualifications:
1.Education: Relevant degree preferred.
2.Experience: Proven sales experience in luxury furniture or a related industry.
3.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
4.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
