Job Description
• Identify, coordinate, and facilitate required trainings
• Coordinate, assist, and facilitate various inspections
• Ensure compliance of DOT program, and manage FMCSA portal
• Investigate and process property and vehicle liability claims
• Other administrative duties include creating rosters, recordkeeping, DMV EPN Portal management
• Coordinate appropriately for various medical surveillance programs
o Audiometric Testing
o Annual Medical Questionnaires for Fit Testing
o Fit Testing
o DOT Physicals
o Random Drug & Alcohol Testing
• Incident and injury response (accompanied at all times)
• Attend low risk meetings (i.e. Safety Committee, staff meetings, project meetings)

3+ years Previous experience within a construction-related safety department environment.
