We are actively looking for a motivated Sales Assistant! This Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities, and assist in meeting company sales goals.
Duties:
- Greet walk in customers
- Verify and process sales orders
- Make sales orders/purchase order folders
- Route phone calls
- Coordinate with internal department and customers regarding ETA
- Answer customers' questions regarding products
- Assemble catalog
- Assist with assignment administrative duties
- Use every opportunity to upsell/cross sell products
Qualifications:
* 1+ year in customer service and/or sales support/assistance experience
* Bilingual Spanish required
* Strong customer service skills
* Not afraid to upsell or cross sell
