Client is seeking an Account Coordinator / Sales Assistant is a key support role within the sales team, providing administrative assistance and customer service throughout the sales and production processes. The Account Coordinator supports a team of Account Executives (AEs) and other sales team members. Responsibilities include screening calls, processing orders, ensuring paperwork flows smoothly to Accounting, researching quotes, following up with clients, and maintaining sample binders. The coordinator also manages catalog and sample requests, tracks shipping reports, verifies old reorders, and handles licensing and trademark paperwork. Additional tasks include assisting with desk duties in the absence of an AE, providing customer service as needed, and ensuring customer records and project files are up-to-date.
