Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing sales schedules and coordinating activities between the sales team and clients.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking progress against targets.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including document preparation and data entry.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and address inquiries.
Help organize and participate in sales meetings and events.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales support or coordination is a plus.
