Pay: starting at $18.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (One Saturday per month required)

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in guiding our clients through the financing and building process, managing everything from leads to final loan approval. Your ability to communicate effectively with lenders, clients, and team members will be key in ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management: Cultivate and track new leads, manage follow-ups, and support sales through initial client engagement.
• Loan Process Management: Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely document submission and approval, keeping clients and staff updated at every stage.
• Permit Coordination: Oversee applications for building and septic permits, ensuring all necessary licenses are obtained.
• Construction Coordination: Maintain key project timelines, process loan draws, and facilitate final inspections and handovers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Coordinators and assist with client meetings, color selections, and event preparation.
