As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our sales team! You’ll keep everything running smoothly by coordinating sales activities, supporting our sales reps, and ensuring that no opportunity falls through the cracks. You’ll make sure we’re on top of our game and help bring in the big wins.
What You'll Do:
Be the Maestro of Sales Operations: You'll juggle multiple tasks and ensure smooth communication between our sales team, clients, and internal departments. Think of yourself as the glue that holds everything together!
Assist with Sales Presentations: Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports that will WOW our clients and get the deals rolling.
Manage Leads and Follow-Ups: You’ll track leads, set appointments, and keep everything organized so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Coordinate Sales Events: Whether it’s a webinar, trade show, or client meeting, you’ll handle logistics to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Collaborate & Celebrate: Work closely with sales reps and management to ensure targets are met. Share the wins and celebrate every victory, big or small!
Keep Things Moving: Track orders, update sales databases, and ensure that customer queries are answered promptly and professionally.
What You Bring to the Table:
Organization is Your Superpower: You thrive in environments where you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Communication Skills: You can clearly communicate with team members and clients alike, keeping everyone on the same page.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and communication tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar).
A Positive, Can-Do Attitude: You bring energy and optimism to everything you do. You’re eager to help and always have a solution ready.
Attention to Detail: You spot the little things that make a big difference and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or coordination is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn go a long way!
