This Sales Executive Assistant Position Features: MUST have product sales and ecommerce experience.
They need to have sales background, understand cultural differences, able to flex their communication, not take things personally, be proactive with minimal supervision, and have some grit.
They will assist the executive team in the sales department, doing legal work, and other projects.
Must know MS Excel very well.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT will perform a variety of special assignments, projects, and tasks related to business operations under the direction of the executive team. The executive assistant will take ownership of the projects assigned to them, provide strategic plans for execution and expected results/deliverables.
Essential Functions
Supply chain related
?Review the PO flow and improve processes.
?Assist in setting up and reviewing KPI metrics.
?Manage delayed PO, and improve communication for positive results.
?Review the inventory in China and make sure of its accuracy.
?Understand the overall capacity and the production bottleneck, work with stakeholders in resolving issues timely.
?Complete product testing reports and ensure regulatory requirements are met and adhered to.
?Oversee and maintain a check and balance on the team's performance.
?Manage the tooling transfer without affecting the current supply.
Sales related
?Build positive relationships with key partners, including with Disney and other key relationships, its retail division in Taiwan and other locations.
?Negotiate licensing agreements and expand the sales channel in Taiwan and other locations.
?Provide item and pricing recommendations to the sales team tailored to customers.
?Manage and support the cost and schedule for design team in Taiwan.
Admin
?Assist in recruitment.
?Arrange travel and accommodations.
?Generate ad hoc reports. as required.
?Manage the packaging structural design and artwork flow, including the SOP.
?Deliver evaluations to the executive team to enable well-informed decision-making.
?Streamline operations and prioritize tasks to increase productivity of the organization.
?Record meeting minutes, follow-up with the schedule, and execute actionable strategies by set deadlines.
Legal
?Facilitate legal matters.
?IP registration and maintenance.
?Audit and reconcile invoices and payments & bills.
