Exciting opportunity for Sales Manager who has experience with small businesses. Looking for someone with experience with Google Ads, SEO, customer outreach, etc. including experience with Live Chat.

• Responsible for directing the sales team and marketing strategies.
• May also have Office Manager duties, overseeing Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, Inventory/Purchasing, and Shipping/Warehouse.
• Manage/oversee top clients and be responsible for: Order processing/management, shipment management and be the main point of contact.
• Must have some knowledge of inventory management.
• Will enforce policies and procedures as necessary and have the ability to critically think, be proactive, and problem solve as well as previous experience in a sales environment.
