Job Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate our presence in manufacturing/wholesales industry!
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, helping us capture new opportunities and build lasting relationships in a key market. With your expertise in the manufacturing/wholesale field, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact, leading a dynamic team and steering our sales initiatives to new heights.
Duties
- Take charge of our daily sales operations, developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Price Management. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Use your knowledge of the Packaging and Industrial markets to tailor our sales approach, position our products effectively, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide tape supply chain solutions to our customers, not only the product but also the services including logistics and systems.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and uncovering new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, providing the tools and support they need to excel and grow.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, with a passion for driving results and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing/wholesalesn field is highly desirable. Your industry knowledge will be key to understanding market needs and crafting effective strategies.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and value.
- A proactive, goal-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets and achieving excellence.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for motivating and developing a sales team to reach their full potential.
