We’re seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving growth and revenue while expanding our customer base. This role will involve managing both teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring our products and brand reach target audiences. You’ll represent our company at key industry events and build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Create and oversee marketing plans (digital and traditional) to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Build strong client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
Set and achieve sales targets, aligning them with marketing goals.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Supervise the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Adaptability: Able to manage competing demands and adjust strategies as needed.
Sales & Communication Skills: Proficient in achieving sales goals, listening, negotiating, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales and marketing experience (preferably in manufacturing or material handling).
Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading campaigns.!
