Function: This role requires excellent communications, organization and sales skills, the ability to articulate school offerings/services, and the ability to engage with prospective students. This is an exciting operations and demand generation opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to continue to develop their career within an entrepreneurial start-up environment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for the school with a focus on growth and development.
• Plan, develop, implement, monitor all school activities and curriculum.
• Assist in preparing the school's budget, regarding programs and activities on an annual basis.
• Negotiate instructor contracts and collaborate with instructors on new and existing curriculum.
• Responsible for identifying and meeting monthly enrollment targets for potential students through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
• Convert prospective students into revenue.
• Represent LEAP Real Estate School at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain, update, and edit database for referrals and contacts in order to perform regular follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for material development for educational seminars and events, including flyers, signs and promotional materials, and web assets.
• Keep informed of the state industry's emerging trends and legal developments providing up-to-date programs.
• Manage class schedules, as well as class manuals and ordering of materials.
• Submit all courses to the appropriate state agency for approval and renewal.
• Cultivate positive relationships in the community to promote LEAP Real Estate School and enhance its reputation.
• Assist in developing a sound organizational structure for the school to achieve its objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with a successful track record in outside, product or recruitment sales a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to remain professional.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of prospective students.
• Be willing to take advantage of industry and professional learning opportunities to increase their knowledge and skill base.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
