About the Client:
Our Healthcare Client is dedicated in providing innovative and effective mental health treatments for patients. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Sales Reps/Testing Navigators to help us enhance patient communication, education, and outcomes.
What You'll Do:
• Engage with Patients: Handle inbound phone calls and assist patients in the clinic, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
• Enhance Communication: Follow a structured process to improve communication with patients, helping them understand their treatment plans and procedures.
• Educate and Inform: Provide patients with detailed information about their treatments and answer any questions they may have.
• Support Patient Care: Work closely with the clinical team to support patient care and improve the overall patient experience.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress to ensure continuity of care.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Someone that advocates well mental health or health wellness in general. Preferably with Bachelors Degree.
• Communication Skills: Excellent engaging and emphatic verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a patient-centric approach.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
