We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Operations Consultant to join our client, a leading educational technology company revolutionizing how schools operate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with K-12 schools and district offices to train staff on JPAMS/JCampus systems.
-Provide exceptional client services and support, ensuring a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
-Act as a liaison between the company and the school district, addressing any technical or operational concerns.
-Create training materials and deliver workshops tailored to specific grade levels (1st-12th grade) or school departments.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a K-12 school or district central office is required.
-Hands-on experience with JPAMS/JCampus is strongly preferred.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to simplify technical concepts for educators.
-Highly organized with a passion for helping schools achieve success through technology.
