Austin company specializing in healthcare technology is quickly growing. There are 2 openings for a Sr. Clinical Implementation Specialist (SCIS) for qualified professionals with HCIT software training and implementation experience. The SCIS will implement and train users on company technology and processes. Will also collaborate with Sales for client-specific feedback, perform workflow and customer satisfaction assessments, conduct training, offer technical support, and ensure seamless technology implementation and transition.

Requirements:
• Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
• Coding/billing experience is preferred.
• Experience in HCIT software implementation and training.
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 5 years’ experience in healthcare technology
implementations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Office Suite
• Must be able to travel 50% - 75% to perform onsite implementations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with VA, FQHC, and/or physician practice
experience

Note - Role is in Austin, TX for onboarding but potential for remote work with extensive travel to client sites as an option.
