Position: Senior Corporate Paralegal
Location: Orlando, FL 32801
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our AV-rated, full-service business law firm in Orlando. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in corporate law, business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions to support a dynamic legal team, especially in the context of an international merger.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing a wide range of corporate documents, including contracts, corporate formation documents, and mergers and acquisitions materials.
Manage and coordinate the preparation of various corporate filings and documents required for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
Conduct thorough case research and assist in document review to ensure smooth legal proceedings.
Provide support to three attorneys, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring professional client service.
Utilize data management software for organizing and managing case documents.
Prepare for and assist in corporate meetings, managing agendas, minutes, and follow-up.
Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure proper case management and the smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, with a strong understanding of business transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
Proficiency in data management software and familiarity with corporate legal tools and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex legal work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with multiple attorneys and support case management tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information:
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
