As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will play a critical role in providing legal support, managing agreements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance will help shape the efficiency and success of our legal operations.

What You’ll Do:

Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements across the organization.
Conduct complex legal research to support case strategies and regulatory compliance.
Manage legal cases from inception to resolution, tracking deadlines and documentation.
Develop and maintain efficient workflows for contract management and approvals.
Assist with corporate governance, legal filings, and document preparation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Create and maintain legal templates to streamline transactions.
Monitor and refine legal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Paralegal certification required).
5+ years of experience in a paralegal role.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in legal software, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and Microsoft Office Suite.
