Stockton, CA - Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR activities for assigned business units, aligning strategies with organizational goals. In this role, you will partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes. You will also guide performance reviews, ensure compliance with HR laws, and contribute to HR projects such as surveys and benefits open enrollments. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is also essential.
